Deprived

"The masses, deprived of their birthright of understanding and groveling in ignorance, eventually became the abject slaves of the spiritual imposters. Superstition universally prevailed and the black magicians completely dominated national affairs, with the result that humanity still suffers from the sophistries of the priestcrafts of Atlantis and Egypt."

"Experiments" III

"Public support of vivisection is founded almost wholly on the assurances of the vivisectors that great public benefits may be expected from the practice. Not for a moment do I suggest that such a defence would be valid even if proved. But when the witnesses begin by alleging that in the cause of science all the customary ethical obligations (which include the obligation to tell the truth) are suspended, what weight can any reasonable person give to their testimony? I would rather swear fifty lies than take an animal which had licked my hand in good fellowship and torture it. If I did torture the dog, I should certainly not have the face to turn round and ask how any person dare suspect an honourable man like myself of telling lies. Most sensible and humane people would, I hope, flatly reply that honourable men do not behave dishonourably even to dogs."

Autocrats

"Characteristically, however, the overthrow of the dictator simply means that there will be another dictator. ... the policies they follow will probably not be radically different. If we look around the world, we quickly realize that these policies will not be radically different from those that would be followed by a democracy either."

Saving

"I know of absolutely no, and I mean absolutely no means of prevention that would save so many lives as simply to stop fluoridation, or don't start it where it is otherwise going to be started. There you might save 30,000 or 40,000 or 50,000 lives a year, cancer lives. That is an awful lot of lives a year."

The Facebook "Cartoon Characters To Stop The Violence" Farce

Let me get this straight, we're to use a cartoon character, in all likelihood from television, to protest violence against children, even tho television is one of the biggest causes and promoters of violence?

Number of murders seen on TV by the time an average child finishes elementary school: 8,000
Number of violent acts seen on TV by age 18: 200,000
Percentage of Americans who believe TV violence helps precipitate real life mayhem: 79
http://www.csun.edu/science/health/docs/tv&health.html

And what exactly will a cartoon character avatar do to stop violence?

How about we use that energy to raise awareness, to stop to mass vaccinations, to stop the massive poisoning of children? By far most violence against children comes in the form of a syringe held by a "medical professional".
http://www.prisonplanet.com/are-mandatory-vaccinations-acts-of-violence-against-children.html

How about using that energy to educate the public that most school violence arises out of medication of the perpetrators?
http://www.copesfoundation.com/SchoolViolence.html

What about "hunting"? Let's remind the public about the linkage between violence against innocent animals and violence against children!
http://www.all-creatures.org/sof/hunt.html

In short, let's get a clue!
