"Unable" or "Unwilling"
Increasingly, Democracy Now has been spinning the news in ways one would not expect. My email to Democracy Now, followed by their dubious twist:
"Unable" or "Unwilling"? Be careful, with bias like this, some are going to suspect DN is becoming a spin doctor for DerBu$hler!

U.S. Sends 1500 More Troops Into Iraq; Italy to Pull Out All Troops
In Iraq it now appears the United States will be unable to reduce the number of troops it has on the ground this year due to the increasing violence and the decision by several countries to begin withdrawing troops.
