Bu$h, Kerry, what's the difference? Today's Supreme Court decision asks the question: How many people will die because the (S)election was stolen from John Kerry, a thievery that occurred in part because so many people sat on their hands and said, "What's the diff"?

The Supreme Court voted 5-4 on Monday to uphold Kansas' death penalty law, which says juries should impose death sentences if aggravating evidence of a crime's brutality and mitigating factors explaining a defendant's actions are equal in weight.
