Ah, the old Bum$feld argument. Among the many problems with this line of thinking are:
1) It ignores the fact that it is the presence of the U.S. in Iraq as a colonial power, an occupying force, there in order to secure control of Iraqi oil and dominate other nations in the Middle East, that so many more terrorists are being created.
2) The argument is almost inevitably made by so-called "Christians". Inherent in the claim is that God created a world along the lines of the computer game "Black And White", in which humans kill each other for Divine Amusement. Or that an all-powerful God is so weak that He needs humans to fight as proxies against His other creations, all of which He has lost control over except to the extent He still has influence as a Divine Cheerleader.
