Torture: It's What's For America

A federal judge ruled Wednesday that suspected al-Qaida operative Jose Padilla is competent to stand trial on terrorism support charges, rejecting arguments that he was severely damaged by 3 1/2 years of interrogation and isolation in a military brig.

Come the War Crime trials, it would be ironic if judges like that were to be sent away for oh, say, three and a half years in Club Torture awaiting their own trial.

Fortunately for them, and other lackeys of the Fourth Reich, when a democratic republic is restored in America, they will not personally encounter the evil they have done so much to further.
