For a change, an accurate headline. Yes, terrorizing the American people is exactly what the Bu$h Regime has in mind.

And this quote of DerBu$hler in the article almost got it right: "When our intelligence professionals have the legal tools to gather information about the intentions of our enemies, America is safer". Of course, Bu$h is referring to opponents of his regime as "enemies", and then equating the Fourth Reich with America.
