Um hm. We kill people who kill people to teach people not to kill. Along those same lines, here is a (sarcastic) bumper sticker I saw yesterday which I liked: "People Just Don't Understand When You Are Killing Them for Their Own Good."
Never forget, California was a leader in the Eugenics movement, which continues to this day.
