Tragedy

Why is it a "tragedy" worthy of widespread media attention when an innocent 9-year-old girl is killed in Arizona by a nutcase? Yet it is barely worth a footnote when an innocent 9-year-old girl (who is immediately renamed "Al-Qaeda") is murdered with predator drones in Pakistan or Afghanistan on orders of the President Of The United States Of America? Why is it not even mentioned in the "news" when an innocent child dies in Iraq due to depleted uranium spread throughout the land on orders of two US Presidents?
