Volk II

Millions of motor vehicles are on the road every day.  Ergo, millions of people "almost" die in motor vehicles every day.

We must immediately ban personal motor vehicles.  Instead, transportation will be by boxcar.  People will be taken where they need to be taken, which won't always be where they think they are bring taken, or want to be taken.
