"Separate But Equal" Schools...Again

"Separate But Equal"...now where have we heard that before? Where are the teachers for the "back of the bus" schools going to come from? Hard numbers are difficult to come by. We do know that there has been an exodus of teachers, quality teachers able to see through the bull, from the public school system. There are now "shortages" of teachers, many of the "news" articles blaming the "shortage" on everything but an unwillingness to be maimed or killed for chump change.
