Blowing Vape Up Our Arses
If what Juul Labs did is so bad, so harmful, then why will none of the Officers, Executives, Marketers, or other agents/employees, even be fingerprinted, Booked, or serve even a nanosecond in cuffs or behind bars?`
Steal a bottle of booze from a liquor store to help you cope with living in a Banana Republic, and "law enforcement" just might find time for that. Hurt, supposedly, a bunch of children? Just give "law enforcement" a piece of the action and go on your merry way.
Once again, a precedent is set for government control of Speech based on content. The same governments that lie pathologically and conspire to further the lies.

"The money will help the state pay for e-cigarette research, education, and enforcement efforts."

According to California Attorney General Rob Bonta:
"Today’s settlement holds JUUL accountable for its actions and puts a stop to its harmful business practices."
Uh, ROBber Baron, nobody is being held accountable in any meaningful way. Not yet, anyhow.
