New federal guidelines ask all females capable of conceiving a baby to treat themselves -- and to be treated by the health care system -- as pre-pregnant, regardless of whether they plan to get pregnant anytime soon.

My letter to the Washington Post:

Dear Editor,

Given that the bulk of the conventional medical industry and most government officials are thoroughly corrupted with pharmaceutical money, the notion of "treating" all women capable of bearing children according to Federal mandate will be just another bonanza for the pharmaceutical drug cartel. "Treat" diabetes or asthma? "Take your drugs or else". "Cure" diabetes or asthma? "There's no cure, now take your drugs or else, and we'll send in the Federal Drug Advocates (FDA) to haul off to jail anyone that tells you different".

Sincerely,

Terry L. Clark
