"A new program implemented by the Kansas Army and Air National Guards will give traditional Guardsmen up to $2,000 for every new recruit they get to enlist with the National Guard. The program, called 'The Guard Recruiting Assistance Program', encourages Guardsmen to bring in new recruits from among their friends, co-workers, and those they know in social settings".
Could this "generosity" have something to do with recruiting efforts tanking?
Hey, and there's another $2,000.00 available for burial expenses!
