Salina city officials are taking steps to curtail violence involving soldiers from nearby Fort Riley.
Over the weekend, five men, including four Fort Riley soldiers and a Salinan, were arrested after a brawl behind The Groove, a bar at 112 N. Santa Fe.

"I'm a little concerned about that issue being a continuing one as more and more soldiers are returning to the base," Divine said.
