SF Chronicle: Promoting Companion Animal Genocide

My letter to the San Francisco Chronicle:

Dear Editor,

How sad that the Chronicle is buying into the hysteria of BigPharma, that is using the so-called "bird flu" as an excuse to peddle its toxic wares. Where are the articles in the Chronicle as to non-drug ways of preparing for the nonexistent epidemic that will never be, such as bolstering the immune system and NOT taking poisonous drugs that merely mask symptoms, allow the actual underlying condition to worsen, and cause new health problems that will require, guess what, more drugs!

The Chronicle further disappoints in swallowing DerBu$hler's attempts to use the pretended pandemic as cover to further tighten the screws on the police state that it is swiftly moving to impose.

Demoralizing the masses through unwarranted and inexcusable slaughter of innocent cats and dogs will, no doubt, add to the duplicitous efforts of the pharmaceutical drug cartel and DerBu$hler.

"And when they came for the San Francisco Chronicle, there was no one left to speak out for it."

Sincerely,
Terry L. Clark

Debate over pets' role in spread of avian flu No cases passed yet by dogs or cats, but experts want study

If the bird flu virus arrives in the United States on the wings of migrating wildfowl, pet owners may need to take special precautions to protect their household members -- both human and animal.

No case has been reported anywhere in the world of a human being infected by a cat or dog, but researchers are calling for heightened study of the question before a potentially deadly avian flu virus extends its global reach.
