Ken Lay: The Man Who Knew Too Much?

Enron's founder and chairman, Kenneth L. Lay, died of a heart attack at his vacation home in Colorado, according to his spokeswoman.

Perhaps it was pure natural causes, perhaps just stress from facing the prospect of prison. But if it turns out that Lay was talking with prosecutors, or even exploring the possibility, with the goal of getting a reduced sentence, then perhaps Lay was pushed out the door.
