Citizens For Legitimate Government (CLG) has a short item, referencing a FauxNews article, on "Checkpoints" being set up in New Orleans between 2am and 6am, supposedly to reduce crime.

What's the difference between New Orleans "Checkpoints" and the "Checkpoints" that already exist throughout the Police State Of America under the pretense of being "DUI Checkpoints"?

I remember, years ago, when the S.S. had to have a reason, at least a "reasonable articulable suspicion", to stop a civilian on the streets. Welcome to the Fourth Reich, where the masses are more concerned about the upcoming new season of "American Idol" than the loss of their liberties.
