NSAGoogle Sometimes Doesn’t Even Pretend
Guess what Google-GMail dumped in the “Spam Folder” today?
An email concerning a Class Action Lawsuit against Google-GMail.
The email came from the official/legitimate website for the Class Action Lawsuit:
Cellular Data Class Action Notice Administrator <noreply@cellulardataclassaction.com>
If you believe that was a “mistake” or an “accident”, you may want to go ahead and sign an Organ Donor Card, because when you flatline to such an extreme, it might as well be Game Over.
(Another day for a discussion of the brutally evil “Organ Harvesting” industry).
Who is eligible to get a little chump change?
“You may be a Class Member if you resided in the State of California, and used a mobile phone running a Google-licensed version of the Android operating system with a cellular data plan anytime between August 9, 2016, to the present.”

If I were the attorney for the Plaintiffs, I’d ask the Court to hold Google in Contempt, and ask the US Department Of Justice to pursue Obstruction Of Justice Charges.
Yeah, the government bringing Criminal Charges against itself. Sometimes I crack myself up...
In the event you didn’t receive a Notice, either because GMail dumped it in the “Spam Folder” or blocked it altogether, or perhaps you no longer have that GMail account but did during the relevant time period and thus qualify, contact the Settlement Administrator at:

Be sure to give the Settlement Administrator your GMail address during the relevant time period so that they can confirm you qualify. Also give the Settlement Administrator a reliable email address for all future Notices.
Here’s a template, from the email that I sent to the Settlement Administrator:
GMail dumped your emailed Notice that was sent out Sunday, March 23, 2025, in the GMail "Spam" Folder.
My GMail address is _____________@gmail.com
HOWEVER, please email all future Notices to my Proton Mail address, where I will receive them without any further censorship from Google-GMail, which is:

If I were the attorney for this case, I'd ask the Court to hold Google in Contempt, and the US Department Of Justice to pursue Obstruction Of Justice Charges against Google.
