I added the following comments: I favor Nathan Winograd's approach, but this is a start. As for the peddlers of sentient flesh, let the "breeders" go the way of the slaveowners, for they are morally one and the same.

Every year 6 million homeless dogs, cats, puppies & kittens are killed in public county kill shelters all across America.
