War On The Poor, er, "Drugs"
State of Kansas v. $323 in U.S. currency. Court grants judgment in favor of the state for possession of the money seized by forfeiture.

Kansas, like much of the Midwest, is flooded with meth. So what is an overworked Court system and limited "police" resources focused on? $323.00 from some poor schmuck. Ah, Salina is sleeping better tonight, with their doors and windows deadbolted wondering if some junkie will break into their home next because the cops don't have time for genuine crime.
