There is a local upcoming “Town Hall” to supposedly address the health of the homeless and Fentanyl:

Also expected to be discussed is the increasing fentanyl epidemic, taking a grip on the population of at-risk unsheltered community members, according to Rosen. He indicated that the drug has been increasingly prominent in the area, and that additional Narcan to treat overdoses has been requested locally because of the increased use on the streets. Once the government and the medical mafia get their fangs in the homeless, there will be heavy pressure on the homeless to get “vaccinated” with the CV1984 bioweapon (which is killing far more people “left and right”, and shoot up with other deadly “vaccines” under the guise of “preventative care”. To con and coerce the homeless to take mind-rotting psych drugs, and to otherwise take pharmaceuticals for lots of other symptoms. Will this Cabal do anything to provide organic food, nutritional replenishment, living wage jobs, meaningful non-invasive testing for the underlying causes of health challenges, or other things that would allow the homeless to get their lives back and let them chart their own destiny? Oh Hell No!
