I never thought the "Eviction Moratorium" was Constitutional. The pretext/rationale used by the Center for Disease Causation (CDC) was especially flimsy and galling, that allowing people to be evicted for nonpayment of rent, etc, would create a "public health hazard" and that somehow gave the CDC the ability to intervene. The 6th Circuit makes a curious and gratuitous comment that CONgress could pass Legislation to enact such a Moratorium. However, that would not get around the huge problem that CONgress, like the CDC, would be taking private property for a public purpose without Just Compensation. Although limits on government thievery and mischief under the guise of Eminent Domain have been seriously wounded by the "Courts" over the years, it is still part of the 5th Amendment to the US Constitution: "...nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."

Normally, Courts avoid making comments, or "dicta", that is not necessary to the Court's decision. In the Moratorium case, there was no reason to speculate or comment on what CONgress could or could not do--only that the CDC was not legally permitted to create a Moratorium with the force of law.

Masking The Truth, Not Obstructing The Tyranny

The Sheriff took an oath to defend his community, his country, Constitutions, against all enemies both foreign and domestic.

From the article: In a statement, Villanueva said forcing those who are vaccinated or who have contracted COVID-19 to wears masks indoors "is not backed by science and contradicts the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines."

The Center for Disease Causation has no authority to trash the Constitution any more than the local tyrants.

The article goes on, and here's where the real reason comes out: "The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (DPH) has authority to enforce the order, but the underfunded/defunded Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department will not expend our limited resources and instead ask for voluntary compliance," he said. "We encourage the DPH to work collaboratively with the Board of Supervisors and law enforcement to establish mandates that are both achievable and supported by science."

So it's not a principled stand at all. Rather, it's grubbing for more money. If the LA Sheriff's Department were just given enough money, they would join the other thugs in enforcing tyranny!

It's hard to take either political party seriously.

But when the Republicans did the same thing in Oregon to throw a wrench in the schemes of Democrats, it was horrible, horrible, horrible! And worse!

Oregon Republicans are subverting democracy by running away. Again.
The latest escalation mirrors growing anti-democratic sentiment in the national GOP.

And the Democrats are hellbent on eliminating the filibuster at the Federal level, because throwing wrenches is only OK when the Democrats do it.

How about, since both wings of the same monster are regularly proposing horrific and often blatantly unconstitutional legislation, the more monkey wrenches available to muck up the dark works, the better!

Children are still going to be forced to wear face diapers.

Deprive the brain of proper amounts of oxygen, not exactly conducive to the learning process.

"For example, when an infected student and an unvaccinated close contact are both wearing masks, the contact may continue to attend school if that student is asymptomatic, continues to mask and undergoes at least twice-weekly testing during a 10-day period."

*At Least* twice weekly. So at a minimum, over a 10-day period, that would mean at least three inflictions of harm.

Back in the day, prisoners in penitentiaries around the US knew how to deal with child abuse, child abuse far less than what the government is planning to inflict--and which far too many "parents" are going along with.

Homeschool. It might not be easy, but your child's health, their future, their very life--may very well depend upon it.

The May 2021 Report mentions several times the lack of trust in the system and concerns about vaccine safety, For example, at page 4:

"Lack of trust in the system and concerns about side-effects and safety of vaccines are the two
most common drivers of vaccine reluctance and low confidence."

Yet nowhere in the "Report" is any effort made to document or show that the lack of trust in the system or in "vaccines" is anything other than 100% accurate. The WEF's silence is deafening.
